Our Business:
Toxicology and Clinical Chemistry Laboratories, Incorporated is an Omaha, Nebraska based independent laboratory, providing various laboratory and consulting services to clients in (1) forensic, (2) clinical, and (3) general toxicology.
Working with attorneys, corporations, governmental entities, insurance companies, and law enforcement agencies, Toxicology and Clinical Chemistry Laboratories, Incorporated provides independent assessments involving (a) drug and alcohol effects, (b) interaction effects, (c) drug and alcohol overdose, (d) medical malpractice pertaining to drug therapy, drug and alcohol poisoning, and (e) the roles of drugs and alcohol in civil and criminal litigation matters.
Toxicology and Clinical Chemistry Laboratories, Incorporated provides a spectrum of services for forensic medical-legal cases, including (a) expert witness services, depositions, and court testimony, (b) forensic toxicology, (c) litigation support, (d) workers’ compensation, (e) DUI / DWI cases, (f) drug and alcohol effects, (g) interpreting analytical results, and (f) drug testing defense cases.
History:
Incorporated in 1985, Toxicology and Clinical Chemistry Laboratories, Incorporated
has successfully operated for over twenty (20) years, providing quality laboratory
and consulting services in forensic and clinical toxicology to a diverse clientele
group, including (1) attorneys, (2) businesses, (3) governmental entities, and
(4) families.

Toxicology and Clinical Chemistry Laboratories, Incorporated employs a full
time, Board Certified Toxicologist, Dr. John Vasiliades, Ph.D., DABFT, DABCC,
FACB, providing knowledge capital and industry expertise unmatched by other
laboratory or collection site personnel. John possesses over thirty (30) years
of practical toxicology and clinical chemistry experience, and has testified
or provided litigation support in over 1,000 legal cases. John has been with
Toxicology and Clinical Chemistry Laboratories, Incorporated since its inception
in 1985.

Laboratory drug testing services include:
- DTEKT™ Laboratory Urine Testing Service. Urine drug
testing for illegal or abused drug substances including Amphetamines (AMP),
Cocaine (COC), Marijuana (THC), Methamphetamine (MET), Opiates (OPI), and
Phencyclidine (PCP). The DTEKT™ Laboratory Drug Testing Service is frequently
used by (a) students, (b) employers, (c) employees, (d) legal representatives,
(e) courts, and (f) parents for drug screening purposes. Results are completely

- DTEKT™ Laboratory Hair Follicle / Hair Exposure Testing Services.
Hair follicle and hair exposure drug testing for illegal or abused drug substances
including Amphetamines (AMP), Cocaine (COC), Marijuana (THC), Methamphetamine
(MET), Opiates (OPI), and Phencyclidine (PCP). The DTEKT™ Laboratory
Hair Follicle and Hair Exposure Testing Services are frequently used by (a)
students, (b) employers, (c) employees, (d) legal representatives, (e) courts,
and (f) parents for drug testing purposes for historical drug usage and exposure
to drug substances, respectively. Results are completely confidential. Please

- DTEKT™ Same Day Service. Urine drug testing for illegal
or abused drug substances. DTEKT™ Same Day Service is most frequently
used by (a) students, (b) employers, (c) employees, (d) legal representatives,
and (e) parents requiring immediate determination of drug use. Results are
completely confidential and communicated the same business day. Please call

- DTEKT™ On Site Service. Urine drug testing for illegal
or abused drug substances. DTEKT™ On Site Service is frequently used
by (a) large employers, (b) legal representatives, and (c) parents requiring
immediate determination of drug use at the business, firm, or household. Testing
is administered at the client location. A trained laboratory technician is
sent to the business, firm, or household to collect, test, and provide results
for the urine specimen(s). Toxicology and Clinical Chemistry Laboratories
is one of the only laboratories within the United States providing On Site
Service. DTEKT™ On Site Service is available for businesses and corporations
within Nebraska, Iowa, Kansas, Missouri, Colorado, South Dakota, and Illinois.

- DTEKT™ Mail-In or Drop Off Service. Mail-In or Drop-Off
Service provides clients the convenience of retrieving a free, packaged sample
kit from our office location, collecting the specimen at the client location,
and submitting the sample for testing whenever convenient. Kits are located
outside the laboratory facility, in our monitored mailbox, and may be retrieved
from our mailbox and dropped off through our door mail slot twenty four (24)
hours per day. Collect the specimen, enclose completed requisition form, enclose
appropriate payment, and drop the completed kit containing collected specimen
through our door mail slot or any United States Postal Service (USPS) mailbox
after attaching appropriate parcel postage. DTEKT Mail-In or Drop-Off Service
is frequently used by (a) students, (b) employees, and (c) parents. Please

to retrieve a Mail-In or Drop-Off kit twenty four ( 24) hours per day.
Core Consulting Services:
Forensic and clinical toxicology consulting services include:
- Court Appearances. Expert witness services for court testimony.
Court testimony services are frequently used by (a) private attorneys, (b)
public attorneys, and (c) United States military attorneys. A court appearance
involves prior review of litigation materials, consultation with the hiring
attorney, and travel to the Court of jurisdiction or place of testimony. Please

- Litigation Support. Expert witness services for litigation
support. Litigation support services are frequently used by (a) private attorneys,
(b) public attorneys, and (c) United States military attorneys. Litigation
support involves review and discussion of litigation materials. Please call

- Continuing Legal Education (CLE) Instruction.
Continuing Legal Education (CLE) instruction for new or practicing attorneys. CLE
instruction for attorneys is a one (1) day course in forensic
toxicology. The course qualifies for CLE credit in Colorado (7.00),
Florida (7.00), Idaho (6.00), Iowa (5.75), Kansas (7.00), Missouri
(7.20), Nebraska (6.50), Texas (6.25), Utah (6.00), Washington (6.00), and Wyoming
